Today, I manage a team of talented individuals, being part of one of the best platforms of Goibibo, with a consistent ascent in my career path and yet go back home with a smile.
Not everyone gets such a great start and landing and I consider myself fortunate for that. To me, Goibibo has been a perfect balance of all the small necessities in life that moulded me into what I am today. Be it innovation, challenging myself to stay ahead of my game, bonding with my team over parties, having a perfect work-life balance, travelling together or bringing travel down to work!

WNS is a blessing! I joined back in 2014, post a four-year-long maternity break. My role in Strategy (M&A, captive carve outs, greenfield expansions, special initiatives and now BU Finance as well), has taken me through a very interesting journey, with each day being full of new challenges, new learning, and a plethora of opportunities for me to contribute and add value. The support from senior leaders and colleagues has been outstanding, without which I could not have imagined managing work and home together. The proudest moment was when my 7-year-old daughter visited me on Family Day, and her eyes shone with excitement while she sat at my desk and created her first art-filled PPT on my laptop.
